Changing redirect

I will be switching to IIS for the redirect today, this could cause some problems as i will need to set all the MIME types for the files. This should speed up the download speed by more then 5 times. It was on apache bafore, but for some reason it limits the bandwidth, don't suggest things to fix the Apache problem, it is a known Windows Server issue.
