Changes to RKS Admin Purchase Policies

I hereby enact these new policies.

• Effective immediately, Admin privileges can no longer be purchased using real life currency. This includes US dollars, Euros, etc.
• Admin privileges can now only be bought by RKS members using Pyters, our virtual currency. They are currently priced at 2500 per month. Note: Conversion of Real Life currency into Virtual currency is possible at a fixed rate of 5 dollars per 1000 pyters.
• Admin sales for TF2 and CS:S does not exist! Only on GMOD!

Reason for changes: I have thought about this for a while. Admin sales brings in money. In fact, there was a time when I was able to make 200 dollars per month on just admin sales and another 150 per month on game server sales which were enough to keep the servers paid for. However, these always brought in admin abusers who just wanted to use admin to get around certain things.RKS is being funded by my own money, and although I would like RKs to be self sustaining financially, I am not longer willing to make that tradeoff of having abusers on the servers. Granted that it's possible to revoke their right when they abuse, I believe that we can offer a much better quality of servers if we had control over who gets admin and who doesnt. As such, this policy has been enacted.


RKS members still have the ability to purchase admin using Pyters. You can currently earn pyters by...

1. Playing in the TF2 server. Your earnings will be deposited on the 15th and 30th of each month. The more you play, the more you earn. You also earn more when you are on the server while there are fewer amount of players. This is the easiest way to get pyters. Currently the rate is approximately 5.17 pyters per minute. That means in two hours you earn 620. An hour a day will earn you 9000 pyters in one month, more than enough to pay for admin, etc. This however a limited time oppertunity. Once the server is poopular, this offer will no longer be valid. Also, the rate will decrease as the server gets more and more popular. One more note: Do not stay in spectate if you want to earn! The system will keep track of your idling and you will not earn pyters while you are in spectate doing nothing.
2. Posting on the forums. Each post is worth a certain amount of points.
3. Purchasing pyters using real currency. Current conversion rate: 5 dollars for 1000 pyters.
