-you can feel independent
-based on location things can be cheaper
-you can meet new people
-no one will complain that your on the computer too long () as long you work
-closer to jobs (based on location)


Cons
-money costs
-Moving (hauling junk sucks)
-Loud and annoying people living next to you
-moving again(if you need to move somewere else)
