Can we get a forum for each separate server again for suggestions, etc?

That has already been planned, however, its location will be different this time. Those forums will be up once all the servers are setup. In the mean while, please feel free to use the regular suggestions forum.

This idea has been rejected as we got VB Projects which will be the way we get bug reports, and feature suggestions, etc.

Not really... hence the reason we just got projects.
