RKSzone.com is being moved off Orion to Odyssey.
DETAILS
In order to conserve resources, RKSzone.com will be moving back onto Odyssey which has been the primary Web Server. Orion is going to be decomissioned and the budget assigned towards it is going to be used to upgrade Odyssey. The website move will start on Friday Morning at which point the forums will be locked and no further edits will be possible. All files from the server will be copied onto Odyssey before the DNS records are adjusted accordingly. The entire process should be over by Friday evening. All times are in Eastern Standard Time (UTC - 0500).
IMPACT
RKSzone.com forums will be unusable during the duration of this transfer. All services on Orion will be terminated and either moved to Odyssey or simply no longer supported.
UPGRADE NOTES
The upgrade will increase Odyssey's IO capabilities significantly. This will allow Odyssey to host all the necessary RKS services.
