rather than making an admin or player type out "type !motd and read the rules" and a cp chase them down to arrest them. maybe an audio should play over their speaker with a recording of all the rules being read aloud. Opinions? or suggestions on a better way to handle this? a command like /motd (name here)

An admin is supposed to give them a warning, just having it said to them wouldn't do much and they could always just turn off their sound.

We already have a way to control idiots , its called a gun. Costs a little bit of money but gets the job done, and for extreme idiot control we have the almighty Ban hamma!
