new body armor update

recentley discovered that the limit on body armour caused a problem when you try to sell more than 3 if people just inventory them or dont use them. probably could be solved by using the same system the weapons are on but limiting the number that you can equip or have to 3

I know of this issue but do to changing of a computer it will be a little bit before an update is pushed out.
